This article aims to analyze the most important indicators of employment policy in Algeria, as well examining the true impact of the economic recovery policy combating unemployment. We have also tried to build a mathematical model for the workforce that helps us in finding the number of jobs that can be created during the period 2015 - 2019 according to the available financial capabilities, using the method of linear programming. By analyzing the estimated model we conclude that the labor force in Algeria will increase by 1.4%, and therefore the government should raise public expenditures by 5% annually.en_US
