Abstract
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز حماية البيئة كإحدى المـــــــــــــــــقوّمات الحيوية لبقاء الإنسان على سطح هذا الكوكب، لذلك رصدت القوانين والضوابط للحيلولة دون المساس بالبيئة سواء في المواثيق الدولية أو التشريعات الوطنية، ونجد أن من أهم مشاكل البيئة الحديثة التلوث السمعي الذي تتعدد مصادره وأثاره ،لذلك المشرع الجزائري بادر للتأسيس له والضبط للحيلولة دون هذا التلوث . Summary: This study aims to highlight the protection of the environment Environmental protection is one of the vital constitutions for the human being to survive. For that; he has established laws and principles, in international pacts and in national legislations, in order to prevent environment abusing. The main problem is the audio pollution that has many causes and effects. The Algerian legislator endeavors to state laws and to do the best to prevent this pollution. : Résumé Le but de cette étude est de mettre en évidence la protection de l'environnement en tant que composante essentielle de la survie humaine à la surface de la planète. C'est pourquoi des lois et des réglementations ont été observées afin de prévenir les dommages à l'environnement, que ce soit dans les conventions internationales ou dans les législations nationales. Prendre des mesures pour établir et contrôler cette pollution .
