Abstract
خلال العقدين الماضيين شهدت الجزائر العديد من الكوارث الطبيعية والتكنولوجية الغير متوقعة والتي خلفت العديد من الأضرار المادية والمعنوية، وذلك لسوء تسيير المخاطر الكبرى، وبالتالي فإنها بحاجة إلى تحسين وتطوير قدراتها لمواجهة هذه الاخطار التي تعتبر تحديا كبيرا لتحقيق التنمية.
هذه الأخطار التي تهدد على وجه الخصوص المناطق الحضرية يمكن ان تحدث على التوالي وفي وقت واحد على نفس الفضاء الجغرافي، ومع ذلك لاتزال إدارة المخاطر تركز على مقاربات مجزأة لكل خطر بدل من مقاربة أكثر نظاما وشمولية للمخاطر المتعددة المرتبطة بنفس المنطقة.
في هذا السياق تمتاز مدينة بوسعادة بالهشاشة إزاء العديد من الأخطار، كون المدينة ذات كثافة سكانية وسكنية مهمة، وبناءا على هذا اتبعنا التحليل متعدد المخاطر من أجل تسليط الضوء على احتمال وجود العديد من المخاطر في نفس المنطقة.
يتم اعداد هذه المقاربة اعتمادا على الخراط بصيغ نظم المعلومات الجغرافية التي تشكل أداة للتمثيل والربط والمساعدة في صنع القرار، وتسمح أيضا بتقييم المخاطر المختلفة ومعرفة جميع التفاعلات الممكنة بين المخاطر.
During the past two decades, Algeria witnessed many unexpected natural and technological disasters, which left many material and moral damages, due to the mismanagement of major risks, and therefore it needs to improve and develop its capabilities to face these dangers, which are considered a major challenge to achieving development. These risks, which threaten urban areas in particular, can occur consecutively and simultaneously over the same geographical space. However, risk management still focuses on fragmented approaches to each risk rather than a more systematic and comprehensive approach to multiple risks associated with the same area. In this context, the city of Bou Saada is characterized by its vulnerability to many dangers, since the city has an important population and housing density, so we followed the multi-risk analysis in order to highlight the possibility of the presence of many risks in the same area. This approach is prepared in a way that relies on map with GIS formats, which constitute a tool for representation, linking and assistance in decision-making, and it allows the assessment of various risks and the knowledge of all possible interactions between risks.
