Abstract
This study aimed to find out the effect of employees empowerment with its dimensions (freedom, independence, sharing of information, work teams, motivation) on the quality of health services in Algeria, for this purpose a questionnaire consisting of 45 items was designed and distributed to a random sample of 214 individuals in the state of M'sila.
The validity of the hypotheses was verified by following the descriptive analytical approach using the SPSS program to analyze the questionnaire data, and the study concluded that there is a positive effect between the dimensions of employees empowerment and the quality of health services, both dimensions of sharing information and motivating employees had the greatest impact on achieving quality services.
With regard to the differences in the level of direction of the answers about the sample, which is attributed to the personal variables (sex, age, educational qualification, professional experience, and rank), the study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences, except for the introductory variable, which was "rank", it has a significant difference, and is due to the category of the medical corps, which directly affects the direction of the responses of the study sample
