| dc.description.abstract | يعد القانون الدولي الإنساني فرعا من فروع القانون الدولي العام، وظهر كمصطلح بديل لمصطلح قانون الحرب،تغير هذا المصطلح تدريجيا الى مصطلح قانون النزاعات المسلحة، وظل هذا المصطلح شائع الاستعمال لفترة زمنية قصيرة ليتم استبداله بمصطلح القانون الدولي الإنساني. وقد تعددت تعريفات هذا القانون، إلا أنها اتفقت جميعها على الهدف الذي يسعى اليه والمتمثل في حماية الأشخاص الذين يعانون من ويلات الحرب. يبقى موضوع تنفيذ قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني ضد منتهكيه مطروحا، وهذا بعد انشاء المحكمة الجنائية الدولية والتي تعتبر آلية من آليات تنفيذ هذا القانون. The International Humanitarian Law is a branch of public international law and has emerged as an alternative term for the law of war. This term gradually changed to the law of armed conflict. It has been used for a short period of time to be replaced by international humanitarian law. The definitions of this law have varied, but they have all agreed on the goal of protecting people suffering from the scourge of war. The implementation of the rules of international humanitarian law against its violators is still pending, after the establishment of the International Criminal Court which is a mechanism for implementing this law. | en_US |
