| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: تعتبر الزكاة المؤسسة الأولى للتكافل والتضامن في المنهج الإسلامي لأنها تهتم بالإنسان وتضمن له مستوى لائق من المعيشة، وذلك بالعمل على إعادة توزيع الثروة بطريقة عادلة بين أفراد المجتمع الإسلامي من خلال أخذها من أغنيائه وصرفها على مستحقيها، من خلال هذا المقال نسعى إلى إبراز دور الزكاة في معالجة ظاهرة الفقر وبالتالي إرساء مبادئ الاقتصاد التكافلي في المجتمعات الإسلامية، مع محاولة اسقاط ذلك على الدور التكافلي الذي يقوم به صندوق الزكاة لولاية ميلة من خلال جمع وتحصيل أموال الزكاة وحتى استثمارها في شكل قروض حسنة في الفترة الممتدة من العام 2004 تاريخ انشاء الصندوق إلى غاية نهاية العام 2017. Abstract: Zakat is the first Fondation of interdependence and solidarity in the Islamic curriculum because they care about humans and guaranteed a decent standard of living, and the redistribution of wealth among the Islamic community members through its riches and taking them from spending on beneficiaries, through this article we seek to Highlighting the role of Zakat in addressing the phenomenon of poverty and thus establish the principles of solidarity economy in Muslim societies, try dropping it on the symbiotic role played by Zakat Fund to Mila by gathering and collection of Zakat and even invested in loans in the period of the year. 2004 the history of establishment of the Fund until the end of the year 2017. | en_US |
