dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the degree of need of primary teachers in the city of Msila, training in some strategies of active learning. And to to achieve the purpose of the study, a sample of 241 teachers was used during the 2017/2018 school year. To check the hypotheses, a questionnaire was implemented that contains three strategies for active learning: problem solving learning strategy, exploratory learning strategy and cooperative learning strategy, as these are the most commonly used strategies in the competency approach. The results of the study showed that the need for teachers to be trained in active learning strategies was high and that there was no difference in the degree of training need related to teacher’s sex variable, to the seniority variable and the scientific qualification variable, indicating their high training needs in these strategies.en_US
