| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: إذا كان الغرض الأساسي من اتجاه المشرع الجزائري إلى إصدار تشريعاته الإعلامية المداومة على تنظيم قطاع الإعلام وأخلقة العمل الصحفي، فإن من المؤكد قيامه بالإضافة إلى ذلك باستغلال نصوصها بطريقة صريحة وضمنية في إضفاء الحماية المستحقة للحياة الخاصة للطفل والأسرة، وسمعتهما وكرامتهما وأخلاقهما، وغير ذلك من مصالحهما التي من شأنها أن تتضرر من الممارسة المتعسفة لمختلف الأنشطة الإعلامية، خاصة ما تعلق منها بكيفية إعداد وبث البرامج الموجهة للأطفال، والعمل الإشهاري، وكيفية الوصول إلى المعلومات ونشرها، ودون ذلك من المهام الداخلة في نطاق العمل الإعلامي. وبث البرامج الموجهة للأطفال، والعمل الإشهاري، وكيفية الوصول إلى المعلومات ونشرها، ودون ذلك من المهام الداخلة في نطاق العمل الإعلامي.
