dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to highlight the impact between the application of electronic management and job performance through a sample of employees of the municipality of ouled addi guebala wilaya of m'sila , where the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 40 employees, of which 35 valid questionnaires were tested to the study . This study reached sevaral results. First, there is a statistically significant influential relationship between the application of electronic management and the level of performance of employees in the municipality under study. Second, there is an effect between each dimension of electronic management and job performance. Third, electronic management is applied in this municipality at a good rate , and this is through relying on the descriptive analytical approach in addition to the case study.
