Abstract
This study aimed to identify and manage
cultural diversity strategiesaccording to (Taylor
Cox),The most important concepts of cultural
diversity and its dimensions were addressed
within organizations,And how to manage it
through the commitment and support of senior
management for cultural diversity,And policies to
prevent bias, And the lack of justice, And equal
opportunity at work, This would improve the
image of the organization in society, And to
attract and manage the best competence, Thus,
the organization's flexibility to respond to
difficult crises and situations has increased.
