Abstract
The starting point of this study shows to what the extent effect of the traumatic act on the witness of a murder or betried conjugal relation through the defferents aspects of the psychological, sociale and physical.
The result of this study withch containe ten(10) cases five (5)witnness of murder crime ;and five (5) others witness of betried conjugal relation .
In the practical side we have applicate a test to mesure the influence of traumatic act frome their reflect of principal rules of the test ;and frome the statistic analaysing to those reflect we noted the exestance of a set of psychologcal,social and physical aspects .
The psychological stress was due to the traumatic events , whitch the witnesses soufer frome.
But it dose not mean that this study hase no lack due to the problems whitch faced the researcher because of the lack of the reference especialy conserning the witnesses and difficulties of communication whith cases because of their conserving ,and they refused to deal with the researcher at the begining of the interview.Adding to the factor time whitch alle this factors lead to slow the study at the begning ,there were also many problems .That stell keep the whole of the researche to many studies more profound and deep.
L’objectif de cette étude est de montr les différents aspects physiologiques sociologique, et corporelle chez le témoin d’un crime de meurtre ou d’une trahison conjugale
Le début de cette étude est de montrer l’influence du stress poste traumatique chez un témoin d’un crime de meurtre ou une trahison conjugale a travers des différents dimensions ,les résultats de cette étude qui a pris dix cas(10) comme un échantillon cinq(5) pour les témoins de trahison conjugal et cinq(5) d’autres de crime de meurtre dont on a appliquer dans la partie pratique le teste de l’influence de l’acte poste traumatique et a travers les réponses sur le teste, et a partir de l’analyse statistique on a conclu ;quelle existe des différents aspects psychologiques, sociologiques ;ou corporelles accompagnent l’acte traumatique.
Il nous parait également que les dix(10) cas souffrent effectivement des troubles due a l’acte poste traumatique avec une conduite d’évitement.
Cette étude a des lacunes aussi ; en autre l’étudiante a confronté des difficultés concernant des obstacles au niveau du contacte avec les cas a cause de leurs conservations ;et cette étude a été limité par le facteur temps, ce qui laisse l’opportunité aux autres études plus profonds,…………
ولقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة و المكونة من عشرة حالات, خمسة منها شهود جرائم قتل و خمسة منها شهود جرائم خيانة زوجية ، وتم في الجانب الميداني تطبيق مقياس شدة تأثير الحدث الصدمي ومن خلال استجابتهم على بنود المقياس ، ومن خلال تحليل الكمي لتلك الاستجابات تم التوصل الى وجود مجموعة من المظاهر تمثلت في المظاهر النفسية، الاجتماعية و الجسدية ناتجة عن الاجهاد النفسي جراء معايشة أحداث الصدمة و لقد تبين هذا فعلا من خلال هذه الدراسة بتجنب واضع لكل معالم الحدث من خلال الهروب من كل ما يذكر بالحادث.
ولا يعني هذا أن هذه الدراسة لا نقائص فيها إذ حدث وان واجهت الباحثة بعض الصعوبات المتعلقة بنقص المراجع خاصة فيما يخص الشاهد و صعوبة الاتصال بالحالات بسبب التحفظ وعدم رغبة البعض في التجاوب خاصة في بداية المقابلة زيادة على العامل الزمني الذي اقتضاه الحصول على حالات الدراسة مما أدى إلى تعطيل الدراسة في بدايتها و غيرها من الصعوبات و هذا ما يدع الباب مفتوحا أمام دراسات أخرى أكثر تعمقا.
تجلى هدف هذه الدراسة في معرفة مدى إصابة الشاهد على جريمة قتل أو خيانة زوجية بالإجهاد الصدمي من خلا ل مظاهر نفسية ،اجتماعية ،و جسدية.وكان منطلق هذه الدراسة أن تثبت مدى شدة تأثير الحدث الصدمي على الشاهد على جريمة قتل أو خيانة زوجية من خلال مظاهر الصدمة المختلفة.
