Abstract
Whatever the case, the justice system in the first Abbasside era, has benefited from the experiences and
talents of many competent and talents judges.
Though spread of judiciary refusal Phenomenon and requests to be removed from it . especially over
famous judges such as Abu-Hanifa Charik and Souar..etc Thereby, most of them had accepted self or
objective reasons.
In fact,the main reason of their refusal were different. while the wrong few ones. Who were complained
repeatedly and truly . The Caliph would remove them immediately.
Most of judges were good at biography and reputation .They were free and independent in their juridical
rulings. Whether with rulers or ruled people. They did not accept any interference or pressure or temptation
breach of fair procedures, and judgments owed.
