Abstract
Ce papier met l’accent sur la nature informationnelle d’une relation inter-organisationnelle bipolaire entre entreprise cliente et son prestataire Notre but s’articule autour de la question de l’incertitude qui entoure une telle relation en provoquant une ambigüité quand à la nature communicationnelle entre les deux parties. Face à une incertitude endogène et exogène, le prestataire est l’acteur qui profite souvent de la situation au détriment de l’entreprise cliente. La rationalité limitée des agents économiques qui se trouvent dans un environnement incertain complexifie la transparence de la relation et diminue la perception de la confiance entre deux parties juridiquement indépendantes. This paper focuses on the informational nature of a bipolar interorganizational relationship between a client company and its provider. Our goal revolves around the question of the uncertainty surrounding such a relationship, causing ambiguity when it comes to nature. communication between the two parties. Faced with endogenous and exogenous uncertainty, the service provider is the actor who often takes advantage of the situation to the detriment of the client company. The limited rationality of economic agents in an uncertain environment complicates the transparency of the relationship and diminishes the perception of trust between two legally independent parties.
