| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة التطبيقية إلى إبراز واقع تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على مستوى البنوك التجارية الجزائرية من جهة وتقديم علاقتها بمستوى تطور إدارة المخاطر من جهة أخرى . ولقد توصلنا من خلال الإجابة المقدمة لنا من طرف مسؤولي البنوك محل الدراسة إلى انه يوجد تطبيق متوسط لمبادئ الحوكمة هذا من جانب أول ومن جانب ثاني وجدنا أن هذا التطبيق وباستخدام معايير إحصائية له علاقة تاثير إيجابية على مستوى تطور إدارة المخاطر . تصنيف JEL : G01 ; G21 ;G30 ;G32 ; G34 Abstract: We aim through this study applied to highlight the reality of the application of the principles of governance across the Algerian commercial banks on the one hand and their relationship to the level of the development of risk management on the other. And we just through the answer is provided by the bankers to review that good average application of governance principles and found that this application using statistical criteria for a positive effect on the level development of risk management . Jel Classification Codes: G01 ; G21 ;G30 ;G32 ; G34 Résumé: Nous visons à travers cette étude appliquée pour mettre en évidence la réalité de la demande des principes de gouvernance à l' échelle des banques commerciales algériennes sur la d' une part et leur relation au niveau du développement de la gestion des risques sur l'autre. Et nous venons par le biais de la réponse qui nous sont fournie par les banquiers à l’examen que la moyenne bonne application des principes de gouvernance et a trouvé que cette application à l’aide de critères statistiques liés à un effet positif sur le niveau de développement de la gestion des risques Codes de classification de Jel : G01 ; G21 ;G30 ;G32 ; G34. | en_US |
