Abstract
Discusses the research changing role of nongovernmental
organizations in contributing to
poverty alleviation in the light of dwindling state's
role in helping the poor out of poverty, chose to
research the experience of Zakora to work Ahli to
explain a contribution-based organizations are the
poor in Zakora, in assisting the poor to take the
means Would alleviate poverty through microfinance
for the poorest of the poor.
The importance of this research is that it shows a
successful test of a non-governmental organizations
in developing countries, and thus can be used at the
regional level in developing countries such as Egypt,
where financial institutions reluctant to lend to the
poorest of the poor, And the application of such a
concept among a number of non-governmental
organizations that are interested in development in
Egypt, through the financing of the poor can
alleviate poverty, and even makes them the most
important elements of the financing of such
organizations in the future.
