dc.description.abstract | The integration of renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, hydro, and biomass into the power grid presents unique challenges due to their intermittent and variable nature. Effective control techniques are essential to optimize the performance, stability, and efficiency of renewable energy systems. The course highlights the importance of real-time monitoring, fault detection, and grid synchronization to ensure reliable energy production and distribution. Ultimately, effective control of renewable energy systems is crucial for the sustainable and efficient utilization of clean energy. Teaching objectives, Know the different electrical systems of electric actuators (motor + mechanical loads and static converters) , Be able to establish a simulation model of an electrical system including motor, power electronics and control - Be able to simulate a model in the Matlab/Simulink environment , Be able to size the correctors present in the controls of energy production chains | |
