This study aims to highlight the role of the financial support agencies for small and medium
enterprises, such as the National Agency for Support Youth, to reflect the objectives of economic
diversification especially in light of the current oil crisis. The study concluded that the National
Agency for Support Youth as a public body played a significant role in establishing efforts to achieve
the principles of economic diversification through the various institutions that supported it in various
sectors: industrial, agricultural, service and others.
