This study is interested whith studing of subject of innovative leadership and its
relationship whith outstanding performance, where we talked to determination a different
concepts associated with innovative leadership as well as identify the cocept of outstanding
performance and identify the various models to be measured and then to determine the
relationship between innovative leadership and outstanding performance finally expose some
experiences in innovative leadership with outstanding performance of some institutions.
