Our study aimed to know the role of the modern technological management strategy in achieving organizational change in sports associations during their management of sports tournaments and competitions, by recognizing the role of modern operational electronic programs in bringing about this change from the traditional style of management based on documents to a modern, fully digitized style. In addition to identifying the role of operational planning for digital transformation in bringing about this change, we relied in our study on the analytical descriptive approach, and we applied our statistical study on a sample of 40 individuals, We concluded that the strategy of modern technological management brings about a radical change in the method of administrative work within sports associations during their management of sports tournaments and competitions, especially with regard to the division of tasks and functional roles at the level of organizational structuresen_US
