The population of the study consisted of national electric company, while gathering data depend on the content analysis approach. The study reached a number of conclusion: - the organization structure consists of units which would not be relative with the work volume. - high percentage of employee's turn over. - rapid changes in external environment of the company. The study provided significant recommendations: - Reorganizing the structure of the company to be relative with the objectives and work volume.
