Among those rights: His right in nursery; which is considered as one of the important child rights especially since he is young and incapable of taking care of his own business, himself and his money; all alone. Therefore he needs someone, instead of his gathered parents; by his side until he reaches a specific age. This right was involved in The Algerian Law of Family in its acts; from act62 to act72.
