شيماء, جيلط2021-09-202021-09-202021-06http://dspace.univ-msila.dz:8080//xmlui/handle/123456789/26269The study aims at identifying the incentives for establishing startups in developing countries, specifically Algeria, and to clarify the relationship between the independent variable - incentives, which have three dimensions - social incentives, personal incentives and economic incentives, with the dependent variable, which are startups . The nature of the study is qualitative.We processed our research using interviews with 5 entrepreneurs, including those who own an emerging company and those who have an innovative project from different regions of Algeria, M’sila, Biskra and Skikda. we relied in the analysis on Nvivo program to analyze the interview data. The results show that there is an impact of social, personal and economic incentives oncreating start-ups in Algeria.In addition,we find another type of incentives, which is support mechanisms.
