dc.description.abstractThis study aims to highlight the role of knowledge management through its processes (knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution and sharing, knowledge application) in improving the performance of human resources by conducting a field study at the Algerian Telecommunications Company in M'sila. For this purpose, a questionnaire was used as the main tool, where 40 questionnaires were distributed, and 31 were retrieved. The SPSS statistical package program was used to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses. The study reached a set of results at both the theoretical and applied levels, the most prominent of which is the positive impact of knowledge management processes on the performance of human resources at the Algerian Telecommunications Company.
