dc.description.abstractThe study that we prepared through our field research at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of M’sila aimed to use the ADKAR model to evaluate the extent of the college students’ readiness to move towards studying in the English language, as one of the change projects adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research at the beginning of last year in order to achieve the goals of digitization. And keeping pace with developments in the Algerian educational environment. We used the descriptive analytical method in our research, both theoretical and applied, and the questionnaire was the main tool for exploring the opinions of the research sample, which consisted of 80 individuals distributed among the various college specializations. After analyzing the results of the sample’s answers using the SPSS program, the most important results were the presence of college students’ readiness to study in the language. English to a high degree
