Abstract : This work, whose objective is to study the effect of the orientation and the inclination of the surfaces on the incident solar energy, led us to realize an experimental device by combining the existing heliometer at the hydraulic and energetic laboratory and an angle variator that we realized. We have also mounted a digital acquisition system based on the Arduino Uno board allowing temperature recording for twenty-four hours (24 hours) in one (1) minute increment. The effect of orientation and inclination of surfaces on incident solar energy is of great importance to those who exploit solar energy, in the building sector ... .. Traditional brick has a thermal behaviour similar to that of polystyrene; hence, it is advisable to reuse it instead of ordinary brick, given these thermal properties.
