Abstract:
This intervention to address the subject of occupancy and continued to serve society at various
levels (ecosocial and rules, etc.), and across all sectors is the traditional industries and occupations,
where the latter a central role in achieving economic growth rates, and reflects the cultural and scientific
progress to the people for being a humanitarian activity motion-impaired, which was very interested in
the sector as a result of direct impact on many other sectors, including the tourism sector, Algeria and
Tunisia set for each strategy consistent and potential of each state to promote and develop it.
