Abstract:
Algeria has considerable amounts of depleted resources Energetic both of
them (oil and natural gas) or renewable energy (solar, wind and hydro power, etc.), and
with the growing global interest in the environment, in addition to the prevailing
concerns about the depletion of non-renewable resources energy has become imperative
for the Algerian government to adopt a clear strategy and specific for the selection of
alternatives in a timely manner.
Through this study was reached to determine the direction of causality (causal
Gras Langer) among fossil energy consumption and environmental pollution, where
energy consumption is the cause of environmental pollution, which requires going to
rely on the development of renewable energies, especially solar power.
