Résumé:
In order to stay up with the requirements of modern cellular systems indicated in the need to support wide-field applications, RF filters are regarded the most sectors that are witnessing extraordinary progress and increasing attention in the current moment. As a result, ultra-wide band filters with some notched bands at a given frequency, have emerged.
In this work, we developed a reconfigurable RF filter from of a simple transmission line and interdigit form with two stubs. The final form of the designed filter is achieved using a deep parametric study that allow us to have a good idea about the effect of each parameter on the filter characteristics such as reflection coefficient, transmission coefficient, and bandwidth. The reconfigurable filter was designed with two stubs in one side of the transmission line. For the reconfigurability, Two PIN-diodes are used between the stubs and the feed line. an optimization process was run using the integrated genetic algorithm in the CST software.
