Résumé:
The aim of this thesisis to synthesize forsterite composite by Sol-Gel method and study the effect of adding calcium oxide on it, starting byhydrated magnesium nitrate, tetraethyl orthosilicate solution (TEOS) and hydrated calcium nitrate as raw materials, in order to analyzethe prepared powders and to identify the various phase transformation of forsterite compositewe used several techniques, such as Thermogravimetry (TG/DTG), Differential Thermal Analysis (DSC), also Dilatometry analysis and to confirm the previous techniques results we used X-ray diffraction analysis (DRX),we tracked thevolumic mass changes, sintering ratio and thermal expansion coefficient in terms of calcium oxide consecration of sintered samples under various temperatures, also both activation energy were calculated and the kinetic model for forsterite were determined.
