تعد الجريمة الإقتصادية من أخطر الجرائم التي واجهها عالم المال و الأعمال، بل تعدى مخاطرها في هذا المجال فهي تهدد إقتصاديات و موارد دول بأكملها، كما أنها لا تميز بين دولة متقدمة و دولة متخلفة فهي تمس كافة الدول، فهي تخلف أثار سلبية على كافة جوانب الحياة سواء الجانب الإقتصادي و المالي، أو الجانب الإجتماعي و السياسي، مما جعل المجتمع الدولي يدرك بأنه لابد من توحيد الجهود من أجل إيجاد حل لمكافحة هذه الجريمة. Economic crime is one of the most serious crimes facing the world of money and business, it exceeds its risks to other areas ; It threatens the economies and resources of entire countries. It does not distinguish between advanced and backward countries. This affects all countries. It has negative effects on all aspects of life. Economic and financial, or social and political, which led the international community to see that efforts must be consolidated to find a solution to fight against this crime.
