In order to achieve a full understanding of the functions of the organization, it is necessary to understand the framework within which each job is located, as well as the quality of skills required to perform these functions, in order to ensure consistency between the content of the work and the characteristics and qualifications of the person performing the work. , Which can be achieved through functional analysis.
With the constant change in factors related to the job, the characteristics of the incumbent also change. This means that the collection, recording and analysis of data on jobs is a continuous process and should be carried out in a clear and understandable manner, which defines the areas, duties and responsibilities required of the job and the role of each job. The following results were obtained through this study:
- Functional analysis is the cornerstone of the strategic human resources management of Phosphate Mines Company. In view of the data and information provided by the functional analysis, the company under study develops various policies and activities related to its human resources.
- The data and information provided by the functional analysis of the company under study on the reality of the type and nature of work functions, duties, responsibilities, powers, level of work, and the conditions required to be met by those who are related to the scientific qualification, experience, skills, abilities and other characteristics required by the incumbent, contribute to the effective exercise of various functions and activities of management Human Resources in the company under study.
Understanding the workflow process for the company's executives is a necessary requirement in case of redesign decisions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
