The Aims of This Study is to Identify The Reality of The Applying of Human Resource Management Functions in The Public Hospitals in Benghazi City, The questionnaire Was Used as A Main Tool for Collecting Preliminary Data From The Study Population, Which is Represented in All The Middle Level Managers in The Hospitals Under Study, The Research Concluded A Number of Results , The Most Important of Which are : The Functions of Human Resource Management, (Human Resource Planning, Staffing, training, performance Appraisal, Pay and Incentives Systems), are Applied at Low Level, Whereas Job Description Applied at a Moderate Level, the Researcher Recommended The Following , Activate the Role of Human Resource Management, Work on Job Analysis, More Attention to the Training Function, Review the Types of Performance Appraisal used. , The Need for the Participation of Human Resources Management in the Development of Pay and Incentives Systems , Finally The researcher is Recommended to Conduct a Future Study to Identify the Obstacles to the Application of Human Resources Management Functions in Public Hospitals
