Résumé:
تناولت الدراسة الإستراتيجية الروسية في محاربة الإرهاب بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط خاصة في فترة ولاية رئيس فلاديمير بوتن عام 2000، ونظرا للتهديدات الأمنية التي أصبحت تعاني منها روسيا اعتبرت مكافحة الإرهاب من بين أولوياتها في السياسة الخارجية.
وتعتبر منطقة الشرق الأوسط منطقة متاخمة لحدودها الجنوبية كما أنها تمثل أكبر تهديد للأمن القومي الروسي لهذا وضعت مجموعة من الأهداف والمحددات من أجل الدخول إلى منطقة الشرق الأوسط بحجة القضاء على الإرهاب خاصة تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية في الشام والعراق، وأغلب مقاتليه ذات أصول قوقازية.
لهذا فقد قامت بتدخل عسكري في سوريا من أجل الإبقاء على النظام السوري في سدت الحكم لفترة أطول وفي نفس الوقت القضاء على التنظيم الإرهابي.
Abstract
The Russian Strategic Study on Counterterrorism in the Middle East, especially during President Vladimir Putin's term in 2000, and given the security threats Russia has suffered, considered combating terrorism as one of its priorities in foreign policy.
The Middle East is a region bordering the southern border and poses the greatest threat to Russia's national security. It has set a set of goals and limitations to enter the Middle East under the pretext of eliminating terrorism, especially the Islamic state in Syria and Iraq. Most of its fighters are of Caucasian origin.
Therefore, it intervened militarily in Syria in order to keep the Syrian regime in power for a longer period while at the same time eliminating the terrorist organization
