Shakespeare is undoubtedly the most famous British poet and playwright that human cultures and civilizations have ever witnessed. Although apprehended because of his complex language style, his imaginations and the harsh and rigid
messages through the characters of his
writings, we can however consider him
as the most direct and the most reflecting playwright of human kind. He succeeded to depict the societal
wounds whatever their nature was and thus teach a wealth generation about common sense, responsibility, love and determination. Furthermore, the language used, the linguistic features present in his works are therefore, a
treasure bank for English language teachers and learners. However, his works are often avoided by EFL teachers as they deem it too complex for their students especially when English is taught and learnt as a foreign language.

The job market constantly launches new standards and parameters for employment and employability in all arenas. This increases risks and impeders for fresh graduates to be appropriately recruited. For instance, graduates of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) find themselves, at the end of their academic cursus, bound to become a teacher of English or toremain jobless.Unfortunately, these graduates are highly influenced by the new benchmarks of employability. Although the English language is maintained as the global language and proficiency in English would tremendously escalate and boost employability, graduates of English are stilltorn between two binary situations: unemployment or the occupation of a position, if any, that has nothing to do with university education.

Touati, Mourad
This paper reports on an investigation of EFL Master Learners’ Beliefs about formal research and academic writing, which remain partially
unexplored in our learning institutions. The survey instrument used in collecting data was adapted from‘Beliefs about Language Learning Inventory’ (Horwitz 1987). Through the 24
items survey we have intended to identify learners’ beliefs about formal research and academic writing in order to provide some
valuable information for syllabus designers and EFL practitioners about the links between
learners’ aptitude, motivation and expectations at formal research and academic writing and their beliefs. Moreover, the data provided
insights on learners’ beliefs about the nature of formal research and academic writing and how to conduct it, the difficulties they often face and the strategies they used in order to overcome the hindrances while carrying out their research assignements. The results
indicated that because of the difficulties faced and the relative failure of implemeting strategies, students’ motivation and expectations to better achieve at research remained low. It was concluded that it is very indispensable for teachers to consider respondents’ reflections while teaching and monitoring.

The present paper highlights the
importance of getting learners involved in the making of a peaceful class in terms of maintaining discipline and promoting a
cozy learning environment. Teachers daily encounter antisocial behaviours that disrupt their regular work and impair both the teaching learning process where many teachers stood baffled in such circumstances.
